In this role, Lee will oversee operational execution and program delivery across Strativia’s growing portfolio of DoD contracts and mission support initiatives. He will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving program performance, supporting strategic growth efforts, managing client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams supporting defense customers worldwide.

Lee brings extensive leadership and operational management experience supporting Department of Defense missions, with a strong background in program oversight, logistics operations, workforce management, and federal service delivery. His experience includes managing complex government programs, optimizing operational processes, ensuring contract performance compliance, and supporting mission-critical initiatives in highly demanding environments.
