Christopher McKinney serves as Strativia’s Director of Operations – Defense & Intelligence, where he leads operational execution and program delivery across the company’s defense and intelligence portfolio. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring programs are aligned with client objectives, delivered with excellence, and supported by disciplined management practices that drive quality, efficiency, and mission success.
Christopher began his civilian career with Strativia as an Account Manager and advanced to Program Manager before being promoted to Director of Operations. Throughout his tenure, he has played a key role in strengthening the company’s operational foundation, championing Strativia’s Quality Management Program and serving as Director of the company’s Project Management Office (PMO), which he also helped build and advance. His leadership has contributed to improved structure, accountability, and performance across the organization.
Prior to joining Strativia, Christopher retired from the United States Army after 21 years of distinguished service. During his military career, he served as a Tank Commander and later as the Senior Instructor for the Armor Advanced Leader Course, where he was responsible for developing and mentoring leaders in operational planning, execution, and leadership. His military background established the foundation for his disciplined, mission-focused approach to operations and team development.
Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. His combined experience in military leadership, operational management, quality systems, and project governance positions him as a strong leader in delivering complex programs with precision, integrity, and continuous improvement.
