(April 15, 2025) – Strativia, one of the region’s fastest-growing private companies, is pleased to announce that Haydn Hislop has joined the company as its new Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mr. Hislop will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, management of company finances, strategic planning, risk management, compliance with financial regulations, and advising the Senior Leadership on strategic financial decisions.

Mr. Hislop is a strategic and results-oriented Chief Financial Officer with over 30 years of experience driving financial growth and operational excellence in the government contracting industry. As an accomplished Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he has a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, develop and execute financial strategies, and ensure compliance with stringent government regulations (FAR, DFARS, CAS).

Mr. Hislop will leverage his expertise in strategic planning, execution, mergers and acquisitions, financial turnaround, and exit strategies to help Strativia achieve various financial targets. Additionally, his knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and enhancing profit margins, as well as preparing and analyzing financial statements, will position Strativia favorably for its long-term acquisition goals.

Most recently, Mr. Hislop led finance at Ravenswood Solutions. Prior to this, he held CFO-related responsibilities at various companies, including The CFO Centre, Loch Harbour Group, and Diverse Technologies Corporation.
Mr. Hislop earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Howard University in Washington, DC. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
