Greg West serves as Vice President of Business Development and Capture at Strativia, where he leads the company’s growth strategy, opportunity pipeline, and competitive positioning. A core member of the executive team, Greg has played a pivotal role in shaping Strativia’s rise as a top-performing federal contractor—contributing directly to the company’s expansion into 30+ states and multiple IDIQs, GWACs, and prime contract awards.
With over 25 years of business development experience and more than 0 million in awarded contracts, Greg has a proven track record of success across defense, civilian, and national security markets. His expertise spans opportunity identification, capture strategy, technical solutioning, and cost proposal development for agencies including DoD, DHS, GSA, DOE, DOJ, and HHS.
Greg is known for forging high-impact teaming partnerships and building sustainable growth pipelines that align with mission needs and contract trends. His strategic insight and capture leadership have helped secure several of Strativia’s flagship contracts, including wins that have elevated the company to national prominence within the small business GovCon space.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in History from Boston College.
