Kenneth Kelly is the Founder, President, and CEO of Strativia, a role he has held since the company’s launch in 2006. Under his visionary leadership, Strativia has grown into a nationally recognized government contractor with over 300 employees operating across 20 U.S. states and multiple international locations, including Bahrain and Japan. He has been widely recognized in publications such as Inc., Black Enterprise, American Express Open, Huffington Post, Washington Post, and Rolling Out.
With more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations, Mr. Kelly brings a wealth of business acumen and entrepreneurial insight to his role. Prior to founding Strativia, he held leadership positions in the hospitality technology industry. He led enterprise software implementation efforts at Visual One Systems Corporation (now Agilysys, Inc.) and later at Micros Systems Inc. (now Oracle), where he managed large-scale deployments for clients including Marriott, Wyndham, and IHG.
Kenneth is known for his strategic foresight, mission-first mindset, and ability to scale organizations through innovation, partnerships, and operational excellence. His leadership continues to drive Strativia’s growth across federal, defense, and commercial markets.
Mr. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Potomac College and a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. He also completed Executive Management Training at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College
