Mark Girardi serves as Director of Business Development at Strativia, where he is responsible for driving customer growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and accelerating the company’s presence across new and existing markets. With a strong track record in both federal and commercial sectors, Mark plays a key role in aligning Strativia’s solutions with emerging client needs—especially in the areas of technology, program management, and logistics.
Mark brings over 25 years of experience leading high-performance sales and capture teams at global firms including Verizon, Cisco, Fujitsu Network Communications, Ciena, and Lucent Worldwide Services. He has consistently delivered results by working closely with government and commercial decision-makers to develop winning strategies and forge enduring relationships.
A U.S. Navy veteran, Mark served as a helicopter pilot and was awarded the Air Medal for combat missions during Operation Desert Storm, along with the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation and Achievement Medals. His military leadership experience continues to inform his disciplined, mission-first approach to business development.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Delaware.
