Matt Brutsche
Matt Brutsche serves as Chief Growth Officer of Strativia, where he leads the company’s enterprise growth strategy, business development, capture, and proposal operations. With more than 25 years of experience spanning growth, strategy, business development, capture, and operations, he is responsible for expanding Strativia’s presence across federal civilian, defense, intelligence, and national security markets.
Mr. Brutsche brings extensive experience developing and executing growth strategies for complex, mission-critical federal programs. Throughout his career, he has supported organizations including Bylight, GovCIO, Perspecta/Peraton, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Cubic, contributing to major pursuits and contract wins ranging from hundreds of millions to multi-billion-dollar programs. His experience spans cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and machine learning, cloud, software development and DevSecOps, C4ISR, enterprise IT, and emerging national security technologies. He has also served in senior strategy and operational roles supporting USCYBERCOM, JFHQ-DODIN, and other Combatant Commands and defense organizations.
Prior to his industry career, Mr. Brutsche served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, holding human resources and manpower leadership roles across multiple commands and supporting the establishment of several national security and special operations organizations. He holds a Master of Science in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Organization Management from the University of Maryland, along with advanced certification in both strategy & operations design through Joint Forces Command and Stanford.
