Tony Lee serves as Strativia’s Director of Operations for the Department of Defense (DoD), where he oversees the delivery and performance of all defense-related programs across the enterprise. With more than 25 years of experience supporting military technology initiatives and mission-critical operations, Tony plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Strativia’s DoD portfolio delivers measurable results with integrity, agility, and excellence.
Prior to joining Strativia, Tony held leadership roles at General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, and STG, where he managed large-scale IT infrastructure, systems engineering, and program execution for defense customers. He previously served as Program Manager for the MCoE G6 IT Support Contract, supporting over 14,000 active-duty soldiers annually at Fort Benning. During his time with Lockheed Martin, he was the senior project engineer for the BRAC infrastructure redesign that transitioned the U.S. Army Armor School from Fort Knox to Fort Benning—a complex, multi-year effort requiring technical precision and operational continuity.
At Strativia, Tony leads all DoD delivery teams, ensuring programs adhere to mission objectives while aligning with the company’s certified quality frameworks, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001, and CMMI Level 3. He actively contributes to internal quality reviews, contract audits, and performance assessments to ensure all defense programs meet the highest standards of execution, security, and compliance.
Tony is a U.S. Army veteran who proudly served during the Gulf War and continues to advocate for veteran employment and support initiatives. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is a certified BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).
