Strativia LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of LaTasha Pate as the company’s new Civilian Program Manager, strengthening Strativia’s leadership team supporting federal civilian agency customers.

Ms. Pate brings nearly two decades of experience in operations management, executive administration, project coordination, and customer service across both federal and private-sector environments. In her new role, she will oversee civilian program operations, support strategic growth initiatives, and help ensure exceptional service delivery to Strativia’s federal clients.

Prior to joining Strativia, Ms. Pate served as a Contracting Executive Lead Administrator supporting the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), where she led administrative operations, improved internal communication processes, managed high-priority projects, and supported executive leadership initiatives.

Her background also includes leadership roles with Banneker Ventures LLC and Hensel Phelps Construction Company, where she managed office operations, coordinated executive-level activities, supervised administrative functions, and enhanced organizational efficiency through process improvements and resource management.

Ms. Pate is currently completing her MBA in Business Administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus and previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College.
