(April 15, 2025) – Defense and intelligence services firm Strativia has appointed Maureen Kitchelt as the Business Development Director for both DoD and Civilian Programs.

In this role, Maureen will expand partnerships, diversify the customer base, and foster strategic portfolio growth across major deals. She possesses over 25 years of experience in global product marketing, business management, program management, customer relations, and market development, emphasizing leadership and innovation. Her background includes developing, selling, implementing, and managing professional services in government markets.

Throughout her career, Maureen has cultivated a robust, results-driven management style. Her financial and legal expertise, demonstrated capture methodologies, technical proficiency, and tactical implementation skills have significantly contributed to the success of key initiatives that transform both U.S. and international government programs.

Most recently, Maureen led partner channel business development at Verizon Business Group. Prior to this role, she was responsible for business development and partner development for various sales-related initiatives at several companies, including Proofpoint Systems, J.D. Power and Associates, ACS Federal Solutions, and AT&T Government Solutions, among others.

Maureen holds a BA in French from Towson State University and an MBA in Finance and International Economics from Loyola University.
