His background includes leadership roles supporting agencies such as the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of State, Department of Transportation, Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Air Force, Army, and Navy.
In his role at Strativia, Burthéy will oversee civilian sector program execution, operational performance, workforce management, and customer engagement initiatives while supporting the company’s continued expansion across federal civilian agencies.
“Rember brings a tremendous combination of operational leadership, federal contracting expertise, and workforce management experience that aligns perfectly with Strativia’s mission and growth strategy,” said Kenneth Kelly, CEO of Strativia. “His proven ability to manage complex federal programs, build high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence will be a tremendous asset to both our customers and our organization.”
Prior to joining Strativia, Burthéy served as Program Manager for MATCOM2, Inc., where he managed large-scale operations involving more than 60 staff members and led proposal development, financial management, strategic planning, and enterprise program operations supporting both Department of Defense and civilian clients. He also directed multi-million-dollar contract and budget activities while supporting systems integration and modernization efforts.
Previously, Burthéy supported the Department of the Interior as a Contracts, Grants & Policy Analyst, where he helped lead the transition and implementation of upgraded grants management platforms across multiple agencies and supported policy development for federal financial assistance programs.
