In this role, Sewell will lead Strativia’s contracts administration and compliance functions across the company’s growing portfolio of federal programs and contract vehicles. She will oversee contract lifecycle management, ensure regulatory compliance, support proposal and capture efforts, manage subcontractor agreements, and provide strategic guidance on contractual risk, pricing, and procurement matters.

Sewell brings extensive experience in federal contracting, contract negotiation, and acquisition management, with a strong background supporting government contractors operating in complex and highly regulated environments. Her expertise includes FAR and DFARS compliance, subcontract management, contract closeouts, proposal support, and administration of a wide range of federal contract types, including IDIQs, task orders, GSA schedules, and set-aside vehicles.
