Jody Gaines Richardson Human Resources Manager Biography

Jody Gaines Richardson is the Human Resources Manager for Strativia. Mrs. Richardson has 25 years’ experience in the Human Resources arena with directing and leading the recruiting, benefits administration, training, compensation analysis, union grievances and negotiations, payroll, policy and procedure administration, federal and state employment compliance, conducting investigations, employee relations, benefit resolutions, and administering performance reviews.

She obtained her Master’s Degree in Communication from The University of Akron and her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from Delaware State University. While at Delaware State University, Jody received a bowling scholarship where she bowled on the men’s team for two years until a women’s team was formed.

As the Human Resources Manager for Strativia, Mrs. Richardson will be responsible for the policies and processes, employee training, internal audits and compliance issues, payroll, benefits, recruiting and employee relations.

Her commitment to service and quality, while ensuring the protection of the Company she represents is a testament to her long history of supporting the investment of human capital and its impact on the organization as a strategic partner.

As a native Washingtonian, Mrs. Richardson loves watching all sports, to bowl, being on the water, and spending time with family and friends. She married her high school sweetheart, Royal Prince and has a daughter, Jazmyn in college playing basketball and a teenage son, Xavier, attending middle school that loves playing baseball, basketball, and football.
