Kenneth Kelly, the founder of Strativia, has served as its President and CEO for nearly two decades since its inception in 2006. Under his strategic leadership, Strativia has become a prominent player in the government technology, consulting, and services sector, growing to over 300 employees across approximately 20 states in the U.S. and several countries worldwide, including Manama, Bahrain, and Okinawa, Japan. He has been featured in numerous publications, such as Inc., Black Enterprise, American Express Open, the Huffington Post, the Washington Post, and Rolling Out, among others.
Overall, Mr. Kelly’s career spans over three decades in sales, marketing, and operations across various companies. Before founding Strativia, Mr. Kelly worked in the hospitality technology sector. Specifically, he worked for Visual One Systems Corporation (now Agilysys, Inc.), where he managed enterprise software implementation projects for hotels and resorts worldwide. Later, he joined Micros Systems Inc. (now Oracle Micros POS Systems), the world's largest hospitality software developer, where he led large cross-functional teams in implementing property management and financial software solutions for major hotel chains, including Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG), Marriott, and Wyndham.
Mr. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Potomac College, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. He completed his Executive Management Training at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
