Mark Mullaney serves as Strativia’s Sr. Director of Operations - Intelligence & DHS, focusing on client service delivery and new business development. Mark is a seasoned GovCon executive with a proven record of sustained growth and mission execution for the federal cyber community, U.S. intelligence community, and national security space enterprise. His private-sector experience includes identifying, capturing and delivering cybersecurity, space and intelligence systems, as well as strategic advisory professional services, on behalf of select U.S. government agencies.

He is a former U.S. Air Force officer, specializing in C4ISR, systems engineering, and space surveillance acquisition, with key assignments at Headquarters Air Force Intelligence (Pentagon), Space and Missile Systems Center, and Tactical Air Command.

He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. His professional certifications include PMP®, PMI-ACP™, and CISSP®.
